Qualifications

• Property and casualty license required.
• Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Experience with multiple carriers.
• Pass background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners.
• Conduct needs analysis with each client to uncover gaps in coverage.
• Manage commercial client accounts and contribute to agency new business goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, changes, claims, and billing efficiently.
• Become familiar with NavSav products, services and systems.
• Promote new business, cross-sell and participate in initiatives.
