NavSav is seeking a passionate Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growth‑minded team in Louisiana. You will manage commercial client accounts, analyze needs, and guide clients through coverage options while delivering best-in-class service.

Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license, have experience with multiple carriers, and excel at communication. Remote work is available upon approval, with potential for strong earnings and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance and multiple carriers.
• Pass background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (MS Office, browsers).
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task.
• EPIC management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners.
• Conduct needs analysis with each client, uncover gaps in coverage.
• Manage commercial client accounts and contribute to agency growth and cross-selling.
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification.
• Familiarize with NavSav products, services and systems.
• Contribute to individual and agency success through new business initiatives.
