Job summary

NavSav in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to nurture client relationships, analyze coverage needs, and support growth with multiple carriers. The role requires a Property and Casualty license, commercial lines experience, strong communication, and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Property and Casualty license.
• Experience with Commercial Lines insurance and multiple carriers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing (45+ WPM) and good MS Office skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with strong problem-solving.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners.
• Conduct needs analysis with each client to identify gaps in coverage.
• Manage commercial client accounts and contribute to agency growth.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Assist with inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Promote new business, cross-sell, and support initiatives.
