Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Experience with multiple carriers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed 45+ WPM.
• Confident self-starter who works independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Applied EPIC management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners.
• Conduction needs analysis with each client to uncover gaps in coverage.
• Manage commercial client accounts and support agency new business goals and policy re-marketing.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, changes, claims, and billing efficiently.
• Familiarize yourself with products, services and systems.
• Promote new business, cross-selling, and agency initiatives.
