Job summary

The role requires active P&C licensing, strong communication, leadership, and a focus on service excellence. A remote-friendly policy applies with on-site requirements within 50 miles of a branch when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor reports and collect outstanding balances.
