The role requires strong customer service, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree desired.
• 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Previous logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to coordinate high volumes of diverse assignments with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders and returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with inventory checks and backorder management to minimize delays.
