Job summary

MPE in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee daily shipping and logistics for precision parts and medical devices. You will lead shipping activities, mentor team members, and ensure every shipment is accurate, compliant, and on time in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in shipping or logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ERP or shipping software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shipping, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Lead experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and logistics activities to keep orders moving.
• Train and support team members while helping improve processes.
• Coordinate shipments, documentation, carriers, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with production, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to solve challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical device shipping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
