Job summary

Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle incoming requests by phone, email, and web with urgency and accuracy. You will use MNX's logistics platform to monitor shipments across medical, aerospace, telecom, and high-tech sectors.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; data entry and typing 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred.
• Call Center experience is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Be flexible - with the ability to work additional hours as business requires.

• Using MNX's proprietary logistics management platform, process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments
• Communicate with customers and agents in a professional and courteous manner
