Job summary

NeuWave Medical in Madison, WI seeks a Material Handler to stock, ship, and receive components, supporting Production, Quality, and Sales to meet customer and patient needs.

The role requires forklift use, ERP data entry in NetSuite, and accurate record-keeping. A high school diploma is required; forklift experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Medical device industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and pass vision/hearing checks.

Responsibilities

• Package, process and manage customer orders and returns.
• Receive orders physically and in the ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and timely.
• Utilize forklift to move and stock inventory.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate order status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Assist with inventory checks and backorder management.
• Stock and pick orders for production areas.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Document all interactions and maintain records.
• Escalate issues to the quality team when needed.
• Follow complaint procedures and stay compliant.
