twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a Florida-based incumbent client in the overhead cranes and hoist sector. The role is remote from Florida and focuses on growing revenue across the Florida territory by prospecting, building relationships with industrial customers, and managing technical sales opportunities from initial contact through order placement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of overhead crane and hoist sales experience.
• Strong consultative and technical sales experience.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand engineered products and applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel 60% across Florida.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share throughout Florida.
• Assess customer needs and recommend overhead cranes, hoists, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical solutions for customer applications.
• Prospect new business with industrial customers, manufacturers, contractors, and distributors.
• Leverage leads from Google Ads, lead search services, trade shows, and industry networking.
• Prepare internal RFQs and coordinate with estimating teams to develop customer proposals.
• Present quotations, negotiate terms, and manage opportunities through order placement.
• Develop weekly travel schedules for in-person meetings with customers.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and build relationships.
• Join weekly company sales meetings to review opportunities, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
• Develop strategic accounts and achieve territory sales, growth, and gross-margin objectives.
