Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
