Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping clients achieve their financial goals and deepen relationships through deposit products and related services.

You will handle transactions accurately, balance daily, and proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process, referrals, and cross-selling, while adhering to bank policies and delivering exemplary

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; 1+ year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: 1+ year banking/customer service experience and cash handling.
Proficient with mobile and online banking platforms and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
