Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their California team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, prospecting new business, and driving revenue growth through outbound activities and in-person meetings.

This outside sales position requires travel within the territory, a proven track record of reaching targets, and strong CRM and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling services is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and sales consultations.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract execution.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
