Job summary

ASRC Industrial is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and contribute to federal proposals within our Strategic Proposal Center. The role is on-site at a corporate office with preferred Tempe, AZ, but remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

You will coordinate with capture managers and technical SMEs to craft compliant, compelling content that aligns with client objectives and evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with a Proposal Center.
• Experience with the federal government procurement process and managing large, complex proposals.
• Solid understanding of federal RFP structures and compliance requirements.
• Experience using proposal management and collaboration tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
