Job summary

ASRC Industrial is seeking a Proposal Director to lead enterprise-level proposal development, driving excellence and competitive advantage across priority pursuits. You will partner with BD, capture, operations, and leadership to craft compliant, winning proposals that support growth.

Reporting to the VP of Proposal Operations, this on-site role is based in Tempe, AZ (with potential consideration for Oak Ridge, TN, or Albuquerque, NM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 18+ years of proposal management with federal procurements.
• APMP certification and/or Shipley training desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, high-value proposal efforts from pre-RFP through submission.
• Manage all phases of the proposal development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams including technical experts and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor schedules, risks, and mitigation to ensure successful outcomes.
