Job summary

ASRC Industrial is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Strategic Proposal Center in Oak Ridge, TN. You will manage the full proposal lifecycle for federal environmental, nuclear, construction, and industrial opportunities, from quick-turn tasks to complex multi-volume submissions.

Collaborate with proposal managers, capture managers, SMEs, writers, reviewers, subcontractors, and leadership to deliver compelling, compliant responses on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or communications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal coordination.
• Strong understanding of RFP structures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs/RFIs to extract requirements, deadlines, and evaluation factors.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and action items.
• Coordinate kickoff and status meetings, color team reviews, and other activities.
• Track status of proposal components to meet deadlines.
