Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 7+ years of managing technical programs.
• Experience with distributed computing or SOA.
• Experience building distributed systems using AWS.
• Proven record delivering large, cross-functional programs.
• MBA or Master’s in a related technical field; PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM/delivery strategy and governance across portfolios.
• Lead program roadmaps aligned to business and technical objectives.
• Drive cross-platform investment planning and architectural alignment.
• Escalate program risks at executive level and guide tradeoffs.
• Define measurable platform outcomes like availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
