Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 7+ years of TPM experience.
• Experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing / SOA.
• 3+ years building scalable products & platforms with cloud services (AWS).
• 3+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• 3+ years delivering large programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• MBA or Master’s in CS/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM / Delivery strategy and tooling scaling.
• Drive program roadmap aligned to business objectives and technical solutions.
• Lead cross-platform investment planning and architectural alignment.
• Serve as executive escalation point for program risks.
• Ensure measurable outcomes and delivery accountability across teams.
