Sales Support Administrator- GA, Newnan- Permanent (Full-Time)- 5 hours ago---* Handle dealer and customer inquiries through the CRM system* Address and resolve dealer and customer concerns and complaints* Track response time, order accuracy and timeliness, dealer/customer satisfaction**SUMMARY** The Sales Support Administrator serves as the connective tissue between a growing heavy equipment manufacturer's North American dealer network, independent rental partners, Regional Business Managers (RBMs), and internal teams. This is not a sales role — the sale has already happened by the time an order reaches this desk. The work is about owning what happens next: accurate order processing, proactive dealer communication, and steady problem-solving from order entry through delivery, while strengthening the dealer network and supporting RBMs across the business. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Process orders end to end, from portal entry through confirmation, shipment coordination, and delivery.* Handle dealer and customer inquiries through the CRM system, manage order changes through the equipment order portal, and respond to a steady flow of order, pricing, and availability questions, primarily by email.* Send proactive status updates, including regular order outlook communications and shipment confirmations.* Use Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and internal reporting tools to track stock, incoming inventory, and allocation status, and manage reporting functions for internal and external stakeholders.* Coordinate with logistics, procurement, Machine Planning, Inventory, and Sales Administration to keep orders, shipments, and dealer inventory on track.* Support the dealer network and RBMs with Dealer Business Plan strategy and implementation, advocating internally for dealers, customers, and RBMs.* Engage with dealers through the dealer engagement portal, manage dealer/customer account and address details, and facilitate sales onboarding and dealer sales process training.* Address and resolve dealer and customer concerns and complaints, and know when to escalate a challenging situation rather than trying to resolve everything solo.* Build a reputation as the person who is already on top of it, catching small details, like a missing option or attachment, before they become a bigger delay.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Analysts, Marketing, Parts and Service, Accounting and Finance, and Inventory Coordinators to keep the dealer network running smoothly.* Travel occasionally (up to 25% annually) to support the RBM team at dealer events.* Track response time, order accuracy and timeliness, dealer/customer satisfaction, and consistency of proactive communication as key measures of success. **REQUIREMENTS** * 3 to 5 years of experience in order administration, inside sales, customer service, purchasing, or a related function, ideally with exposure to dealers, distributors, or end customers.* Advanced Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.* Comfort working within a CRM/ERP system and an order or inventory portal.* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, not required.* Outgoing, positive, people-oriented, self-motivated, and not easily rattled by a difficult conversation or a process still being ironed out.* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment; understanding of sales performance metrics.* Willingness to work occasional overtime, particularly around month-end (with remote flexibility available), and to travel up to 25% annually.
