Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional experience in training development and delivery for adult learners (3 years minimum).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning objectives.
• Experience leading or supervising teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees content development, training delivery, and evaluation to meet program goals.
• Leads development of specialized staff training and e-learning programs.
• Directs daily operations, staff guidance, priorities, and performance measurement.
• Prepares management reports and coordinates internal/external professional development resources.
• Interacts with AES and OLPD leadership and staff.
