Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements, and monitors AES programs.
• Provides coaching and development for supervisors and workers.
• Monitors operations for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Gathers and analyzes information and prepares reports.
• Oversees staffing actions and performance improvements.
• May travel up to 40%.
