Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries; process policy changes and billing requests.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Renewal expirations and submission management; support renewal marketing.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensure documentation accuracy.
