The Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Account Management team. You will provide day-to-day client service, manage renewals, analyze coverage, and coordinate policy administration for a diverse book of business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• CIC designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with account retention initiatives.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure account documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor activity and suspense systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Resolve billing and payment issues as needed.
• Maintain technical insurance knowledge and industry awareness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
