Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage an assigned book of business, provide day-to-day client service, and support renewal and retention efforts within a busy brokerage.

This role covers policy administration, coverage analysis, billing support, and collaboration with Producers, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely, accurate service while expanding relationships across Construction and Contractors accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Account Administration: Respond to client service requests and inquiries. Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support. Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions. Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
