Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking Commercial Insurance Account Manager(s) with 5–10+ years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license. Multiple levels including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive are available.

The role focuses on managing an assigned book of business, servicing clients, renewing policies, and coordinating billing and compliance while upholding service standards and company values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service and support account retention efforts.
• Coordinate policy administration activities and ensure timely service deliverables.
• Assist with renewal submissions and marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and client relationships.
• Support accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
