Greenlight is seeking a Business Development Representative to fuel growth across banks and credit unions with our family fintech solutions. You will develop new leads, qualify opportunities, and set up pitch meetings while collaborating with sales and enablement teams.

You’ll leverage outbound and research tools, work closely with reps, and participate in refining our prospecting strategies to expand the customer base across a large addressable market.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• Prior start-up BDR/sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated to succeed in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business leads and booking meetings with target prospects.
• Coordinate with reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings.
• Strategize with team to improve sales development process and best practices.
• Execute outreach via email, phone, and social channels using sales tech.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure quality demos.
