Greenlight is seeking a Business Development Representative to fuel growth across banks and credit unions with our family fintech solutions. You will develop new leads, qualify opportunities, and set up pitch meetings while collaborating with sales and enablement teams.
You’ll leverage outbound and research tools, work closely with reps, and participate in refining our prospecting strategies to expand the customer base across a large addressable market.
Greenlight is the leading family fintech company on a mission to help parents raise financially smart kids. Our Commercial Team partners with over 100 banks and credit unions to deliver essential family banking tools. Greenlight’s B2B SaaS solution has become a key tool for financial institutions to grow and retain customers while also helping provide financial education to the communities they serve.
At Greenlight, we're here to make the day-to-day easier and futures brighter, so families can spend less time managing life, and more time living it. That's why we get out of bed every morning.
Greenlight is looking for a Business Development Representative to add to our rapidly expanding sales organization. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member for our Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement amongst banks and credit unions for Greenlight’s innovative family banking solutions. You’ll get to work alongside talented sales and enablement professionals that are growing a new category with a huge addressable market.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who are based in the greater Boston, Massachusetts or Atlanta, Georgia area.
It takes a talented team to aim for a mission like ours. We're looking for people who ask "is it bold enough?" People who bring their real selves to the table and push the people around them to do the same. We win by never hesitating to jump in, offer a hand, or share the credit, because we know we're stronger together than apart. And through all of it, the mission stays the thing we measure ourselves against: are we doing right by the families counting on us? If that sounds like your kind of team, we'd love for you to apply.
