Job summary

The Treetop ABA is looking for Licensed Behavior Analysts to join a clinician-led team in North Carolina. We offer a supportive, flexible environment with Monday–Friday schedules and work-from-home options.

Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Enjoy mentorship, ethical practice, and a healthy work-life balance with a 25-billable caseload.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA, QBA or QASP-S certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.

Education

BCBA/QASP-S/QBA certification
