Maximus seeks an Eligibility Verification Specialist to support FEHB and PSHB program enrollees with dependent eligibility verification. You will handle inbound calls, assist with portal access, and guide users through documentation and deadlines.

This CSR II role requires 6 months of customer service, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a moderate risk designation. Remote work is allowed within 50 miles of McAllen, TX with provided equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust suitability determination.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide inbound telephone support for FEHB/PSHB eligibility verification.
• Assist enrollees with Portal access, document submission, and navigation of resources.
• Document interactions and maintain accuracy in the program's system of record.
• Escalate complex questions per procedures and protect PII/PHI data.
