Maximus is seeking an Eligibility Verification Specialist to support FEHB/PSHB programs for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. This CSR II position provides inbound telephone support for dependent eligibility verification and portal assistance.

The candidate will answer questions about documentation, deadlines, and case status; ensure privacy and accurate data entry; and escalate complex issues per procedures. Remote work near McAllen, TX; contract contingent on award.

Competenze

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Must obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (5C) suitability and background checks.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Mansioni

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, web chat, written letters).
• Calls are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens and scripts.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, and training.
• Escalates complex questions, language/accessibility needs, and potential fraud indicators.
