Job summary

Maximus Federal seeks an Eligibility Verification Specialist to support FEHB/PSHB programs. This CSR II role is a frontline customer service position handling dependent eligibility verification and portal navigation for enrollees. Remote work is allowed within 50 miles of McAllen, TX.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, assisting with document submission, and guiding users through program resources. Requires a high school diploma with 6 months of CS experience and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels (telephone, email, web chat, letters).
• Handles routine calls and may deviate from scripts when needed.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, and training needs.
