Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen applicants to collect required eligibility data.
• Assist clients with completing and submitting applications and documentation.
• Upload and manage client eligibility documents in designated portals.
• Monitor renewal dates and coordinate with teams to prevent lapses in eligibility.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist clients at eligibility offices and referrals as needed.
• Coordinate with external agencies to support application status.
• Attend trainings to stay updated on program requirements.
