Responsibilities

• Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local standards through evaluation and coordination.
• Researches and implements non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards.
• Manages Master and Lead Teachers and programs; supervises staff.
• Articulates the school's mission and vision to stakeholders; supports a virtual/remote work environment.
• Confers with teachers, students and parents on educational and behavioral issues.
• Coordinates with K12 Enrollment regarding expulsions and withdrawals.
• Ensures compliance with laws including special education; develops Academic Improvement Plan.
