The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree and supervisory experience, be able to travel 20% if needed, and will collaborate with families, districts and K12 Enrollment to ensure compliance and student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and five years of educational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities for high school students.
• Supervises and evaluates teaching staff; manages teacher performance, and professional development initiatives.
• Interacts with students, families, local districts regarding compliance and student engagement; coordinates with K12 Enrollment on expulsions/withdrawals.
