Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative, and counseling activities for high school students.
• Supervises 15–30 full-time staff and contractors; hires, trains, and evaluates personnel.
• Ensures alignment of educational programs with state/local standards and school board policies.
• Oversees Student Achievement Improvement Plan and compliance with special education and other programs.
• Leads communication with teachers, students, families, and enrollment regarding behavior and attendance.
