The role oversees educational and administrative activities for high school students virtually, coordinating with teachers, families, and districts. The candidate will supervise staff, drive the Student Achievement Improvement Plan, and ensure compliance with state standards while maintaining a focus on data-driven student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of supervisory experience required.
• Master's degree and five years of educational experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities for students, either personally or via staff.
• Supervises and evaluates teachers; manages performance and professional development.
• Communicates school mission and policies to stakeholders; ensures compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Oversees Student Achievement Improvement Plan and participates in enrollment decisions.
• Maintains collaboration with families, districts and courts on attendance and engagement.
