Georgia Cyber Academy seeks an Elementary Grades Band Administrator of Operations & Compliance to support school management and coordinate educational and administrative activities across the band. The role works with the assistant principal to ensure operations and compliance while directing key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Statistics & Analysis, or related field.
• Three years' leadership experience.
• Three years' virtual teaching experience with Meets/Exceeds expectations.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations to support effective management.
• Coordinate curriculum resources meeting state standards for Math, ELA, Science and Social Studies.
• Lead communication with stakeholders to align on mission and discipline systems.
• Supervise staff and conduct informal observations to improve instructional practices.
• Attend required trainings and ARB meetings.
