Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Field Engineer to act as the technical bridge between design teams and on-site construction partners for data center campus projects. You will ensure large-scale power distribution systems are installed safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet AI workload demands.

The role is remote by design with at least 50% travel to assigned sites; additional travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with electrical power distribution equipment installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot field installations and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site installation, QA, testing, and commissioning of critical electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor deployment of power backup systems including UPS and energy storage.
• Coordinate RFIs and Field Engineering Directives between contractors and the design team.
• Ensure safety and adherence to Basis of Design and engineering specs.
