Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Associate Construction Engineer to join our Project Execution team, supporting field execution of large-scale power generation projects for AI data center infrastructure. You will work with a senior Construction Engineer on site, developing field engineering skills and technical judgment to independently own the field scope.

You’ll be an active presence on construction sites, manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation, and assist with commissioning, turnover and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of field engineering, construction management, or inspection on power generation or heavy industrial projects.
• Familiarity with construction and commissioning activities across mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support field engineering team on active power generation construction sites.
• Review contractor and vendor submittals, RFIs, and FEDs.
• Assist with review of construction execution planning documents (lift plans, hydro plans, etc.).
• Track progress against project schedule and milestones; manage logs and punch lists.
• Conduct field inspections of contractor workmanship and adherence to specs and codes.
