Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Design Engineer to act as the primary technical bridge between internal stakeholders, construction partners, design firms, and customers for Crusoe’s data center campus projects. You will ensure that large-scale power distribution systems are designed for safety, compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering design experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Expert-level knowledge of NEC and NFPA/IEEE standards; strong communication with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Advance design for large-scale data center campuses from concept to construction-ready sets.
• Design and specify electrical equipment for critical power paths (transformers, LV/MV switchgear, UPS, distribution, protection and controls).
• Perform short-circuit, protection, arc-flash, load flow, harmonics, and transient analysis studies.
