The role emphasizes defending design choices, identifying errors, and providing written rationales to shape next-generation engineering tools. Remote-friendly, contract-based work with flexible engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• 2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Background in electrical/electronics engineering or related discipline.
• Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs.
• Ability to defend component- and system-level decisions and explain why answers are wrong.
• Comfort with AI tools or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic engineering problems from your practice.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and judge outputs to your standards.
• Compare model versions on identical prompts and assess performance.
• Critique model-generated derivations, schematics, and calculations with rationale.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence and correct misunderstandings.

Skills

Fluency in English

2+ years experience in circuit/electro
