Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Electrical CAD/BIM Specialist III to support our Power Delivery practice. This remote role enables you to work from home or any US location while contributing to high- and medium-voltage projects for municipal, utility, commercial and industrial clients.

You will create and manage 3D models and construction drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit, ensure NEC/IEEE compliance, maintain version control, and mentor other design staff in BIM workflows to deliver accurate,

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or related field with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in high voltage electrical CAD/BIM design.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical design sets using AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or Revit.
• Develop and manage 3D models for electrical systems and substations.
• Ensure drawings comply with NEC, IEEE and client standards.
• Provide training and support to design staff on BIM processes.
• Maintain version control and respond to RFIs and markups.
