Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions seeks a Manager, Environmental Health and Safety to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across assigned branches and field operations. You will partner with branch managers and operations teams to embed safety into daily work while balancing operational urgency in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or ten years of progressive EHS experience in lieu
• Professional safety certification such as CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST, or equivalent preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Own OSHA CFR 1910 and 1926 compliance across branch, yard, fleet, and field operations
• Lead incident management from initial response through root cause analysis and corrective action
• Drive risk reduction and safety program improvements across dispersed locations
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans for active job sites and rental operations
• Lead safety training initiatives, including serving as an OSHA instructor or delivering OSHA-based training
• Oversee safety leadership, communication, and continuous improvement across branches and field teams
