Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Manager, Environmental Health and Safety to lead EHS programs across branch and field operations. You will partner with branch managers, field leaders, and operations teams to embed safety into daily work while balancing operational urgency.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance with OSHA CFR 1910/1926, incident management from response through root cause analysis, and development of practical safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; in lieu of a degree, minimum of ten years of progressive EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: ensure OSHA CFR 1910 and 1926 compliance across branch, yard, fleet, and field operations.
• Incident Management: own workplace incident management from initial response through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Policies and Programs: develop and maintain practical HSE policies and procedures aligned with field realities; deliver platform-wide training.
