Maternity Care Coalition is seeking an EHS Community Engagement Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead the Community Engagement service area in alignment with Head Start standards. The role includes enrollment, attendance, eligibility, planning, recordkeeping, data collection, confidentiality, and service delivery across sites.

• Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Early Childhood Education, or related field.

• Lead outreach, recruitment, and partnerships with community organizations.
• Supervise Family Engagement staff across three sites.
• Ensure monthly partner enrollment meetings and resource development.
