Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition seeks an EHS Center Based Manager to oversee the Education Services Area at the South Philadelphia Site, coordinating program development, assessment, and quality monitoring within both Home-Based and Center-Based programs.

The role requires supervision of Lead Teachers, collaboration with staff, and ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. Hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in an early childhood education setting preferred.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Education Services Area at the South Philadelphia Site.
• Monitor quality of education services and ensure adherence to Head Start standards.
• Lead teacher supervision, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and service area policies.
• Support Home-Based and Center-Based program operations and staff development.
