MATERNITY CARE COALITION INC. is seeking an EHS Prenatal and Home-Based Manager in Philadelphia, PA.

This full-time role oversees the prenatal and home-based program, coordinating outreach, family services, and staff supervision to promote health, education, and school readiness for young children. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of supervisory experience, with willingness to travel in the greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Public Health, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Ability to travel in and around Philadelphia and Montgomery County.
• Employment is contingent upon background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Prenatal and Home-Based area per Head Start standards.
• Supervise Lead Advocates and Advocates across sites.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and service delivery with Education, Health & Safety, and Community Engagement teams.
• Ensure staff complete onboarding and maintain case notes in Child Plus.
• Plan and facilitate site team meetings and community events.
