Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) seeks an EHS Prenatal and Home-Based Manager in Philadelphia to lead the Prenatal and Home-Based area. You will supervise Lead Advocates, coordinate home visits, and ensure program compliance with Head Start standards.

The role requires a strong background in supervision, program planning, and collaboration with education, health, and family services teams. This position operates in a hybrid/onsite model in the Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Public Health, Early Childhood Education, or related field required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Prenatal and Home-Based area per Head Start standards and MCC policies.
• Lead Advocates supervision, training, and caseload management.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and partnerships with other sites and programs.
• Ensure staff maintain accurate notes and data in Child Plus; ensure program compliance.
