Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) in Philadelphia, PA seeks an EHS Training and Coaching Coordinator. This full-time professional role designs, delivers, and evaluates comprehensive training programs and provides one-on-one coaching to teaching staff, advocates, and Parents as Teachers staff.

The position requires developing learning plans, tracking trainings in Relias, ensuring Head Start Performance Standards compliance, and collaborating with leadership to strengthen early childhood education

Qualifications

• Designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for MCC staff.
• Provides one-on-one coaching to teaching staff, advocates, and PAT staff.
• Ensures adherence to Head Start Performance Standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops yearly Training Plan and Calendar.
• Tracks trainings and staff onboarding in Relias.
• Supports staff with coaching and professional development.
• Coordinates certification and talent development across MCC sites.
