Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition is seeking an EHS Community Engagement Manager to lead outreach, enrollment, and family engagement across three sites in Philadelphia. You will supervise the Family Engagement Staff, build community partnerships, and ensure compliance with program standards and confidentiality.

The role involves collaboration with the EHS Home-Based Prenatal Manager, travel in Philadelphia/Montgomery Counties, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Three or more years of supervisory experience in program planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Early Childhood Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee General Oversight including collaboration with EHS Home-Based Prenatal Manager and Director of Education.
• Manage Outreach and Recruitment with regular community events and monitored activities.
• Develop relationships with partner sites and ensure regular communication and family engagement programs.
• Supervise Family Engagement Staff across three sites and support Parent Engagement efforts.
• Ensure Home Visiting components and training are aligned with Head Start/Early Head Start standards.
